We had ordered the Christmas menu to be picked up and loved it! From collection - through explanation of the final preparation / arrangement to the taste experience - simply great! To be recommended at any time whether pick-up, delivery service, celebrations on site, family or business meals at any time, the expectations were exceeded!

We went to the restaurant for oxen at the weekend and were absolutely thrilled. Everything is just right here, from the service and the atmosphere to top-class food. Here value is placed on quality and served with love. There was a good variety of meat and fish. For starters we had prawns in garlic sauce and carrot puree - just awesome! The prawns fried to the point and the plate was super nicely arranged. The meat of the main course was super tender and the dessert with the homemade blueberry ice cream was a dream. You will definitely see us more often!

In addition to the really beautiful location and a very pleasant ambience, spoiled palates will also get their money's worth here. The food offer is plentiful and there is something for every direction. The greeting from the kitchen was a great appetizer, the tomato consommé with a filler was an exquisite foretaste of what followed. The roulades and the sauce were quite simply a culinary festival! For those who know how to interpret the saying correctly: 'like with mothers' or nowadays more like the grandparents' generation. Honestly the taste in cans! The frosty dessert was also a poem - highly recommended! The staff is very friendly and courteous and they try very hard for the well-being of the guests. The prices are reasonable, given the great enjoyment and quality, you get a lot for your money. As a good eater, the portions are easily enough for me. In short: it was my first, but certainly not my last visit.

What a fantastic 4 course meal !!! Exceptional, without being exaggerated, exquisite, without being artificially trimmed to modern, delicious - everything melted on the tongue ... In addition, an incredibly friendly operator couple with a great feeling for the needs and well-being of the guests. And all for a more than reasonable price!

Great atmosphere, great food, great service, and great event. OK. It is not exactly in the center of the capital 😉, but maybe that's exactly what makes the atmosphere so great. In any case, the trip was worth every kilometer.

The "Ox" in Nüstenbach is known as a showpiece address for sensationally good, special cuisine far beyond the Odenwald. And this was also confirmed during our visit. We were greeted warmly and courteously - the service, the Christmas atmosphere and the food were sensational. The fact that the chef explained the menus to us made the evening something special that we will remember for a long time. Pictures say more than a thousand words - you will agree with me if I make a recommendation without hesitation, because here not only cooking, but also "magic". See you soon in the "Ox"!

Lovely place in Prevost with history of the building. Excellent salads and good beer. Vegetarian options are limited. Very nice service and often busy.
